The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity in relation to the Site, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
