When you use Einstein apps, you can now use encrypted fields when you build your predictive data models. Shield Platform Encryption helps you meet security and regulatory compliance goals for the data used in Case Classification, Case Wrap-Up, and Reply Recommendation data models.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Einstein Classification apps aren’t available in partner editions or Government Cloud.
Who: This change applies to editions that have either Shield Platform Encryption or Shield add-on subscriptions.
When: This change starts February 3, 2023.
How: The data models used in Case Classification, Case Wrap-Up, and Reply Recommendation is now automatically access and use field data when it’s encrypted, with no extra setup required.
