Preference Manager has a new template type, Communication Subscriptions. Choose your brands and subscription info to include in the consent template, then use that template to create a preference form.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who: This change is available to users with the Privacy Center add-on subscription.
How: From the Preference Manager dashboard, under Consent Templates, click New Template. Select the Communication Subscription template type, and follow the prompts to create the template. Activate the template, then use it to create a new preference form.
