The folder sharing features on the Reports and Dashboard tabs are now available on the Analytics tab. For example, when sharing a report folder, you get the same controls and granular permission settings, ensuring that your collaboration remains secure and tailored to your needs. Instead of navigating through separate tabs to share folders with customized settings, you can now manage shared content from one centralized location.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Access to CRM Analytics assets is available for an extra cost.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Analytics, then browse or search for a report or dashboard folder. Click the row-level action menu button for the folder, and click Share.
